So, I ordered this from ezup.com, and overall it was, you know, okay for giving us some shade. But once the wind picked up a bit, it got shaky, honestly. We used the stakes and everything, but we still had to grab onto it a few times, which was kind of annoying. I mean, it’s probably totally fine on calm days, but I definitely wouldn’t feel super confident using it in stronger gusts

Used my EZUP over a windy, rainy weekend and it did better than I expected. It stayed solid the whole time. A little bit of water pooled on one side, but nothing really leaked thru or anything. Overall im happy with it.

It ended up being smaller than I expected, and the coverage wasn’t quite as good as I was hoping for. But it might work fine for someone who only needs a little coverage or has a smaller area to use it on.

The product itself was okay, but the packaging was in rough shape. The box was crushed on one side and the tape was already coming loose, which wasn’t great to see. For the price, I expected it to show up looking a lot better.

The canopy itself worked fine, but right away I had a gut feeling the frame wasn’t going to hold up. The metal feels thin, and the plastic corners just don’t seem like they’ll last very long. Maybe it’ll be okay for light use, but it doesn’t feel worth the price to me.

The frame seems fine, but the canopy fabric really didn’t hold up like I hoped. Bummer. After just a few times using it in the sun and some light rain, I started noticing thin spots and little tears near the corners. Yikes. For the price, I expected it to last longer. It’s not completely awful, but yeah, I’m disappointed.

I ordered one size and a completely different one showed up. I figured customer support would sort it out, but they weren’t much help at all. i wish I’d read the reviews first because this was just frustrating and not worth the hassle.

It did a good job keeping us out of the sun on a hot day, so I can’t really complain too much. I’m not totally sold on the setup though, it took longer than I hoped and was a bit annoying. Still, once it was up, it worked well enough.

They took a while to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating, but they did eventually help me sort things out. I guess that’s decent customer service, right?

I was able to find the replacement parts easily, so that part was straightforward. The shipping took a bit longer than I expected, although I may have mixed up the delivery estimate dates a little. Either way, the parts showed up and worked out fine.

I saw a few other people mention their warranty experiences, so I figured I’d share mine too. My canopy frame had a problem and I reached out to support. It took a few days to get everything sorted, which was a little slow, but they did end up sending the part I needed and taking care of it

I’m not sure if it was the file I sent or the printing itself, but the logo came out kind of blurry and the colors just looked a bit off. I was hoping it would look cleaner, so it was a little disappointing

I bought this thinking it’d be a quick setup, but it turned into a whole thing. The legs kept sticking, the instructions didn’t really clear anything up, and I ended up needing someone else to help me just to get it sorted. For the price, I expected it to be a lot less frustrating...

I was hoping this would be something I could easily bring along to different events, and at first it seemed like it would fit the bill. It’s put together decently and I don’t really have any major complaints about how it functions, but after carrying it around for a while, I started to notice it’s heavier than I expected. When you’re already juggling bags, tickets, drinks, or whatever else at an event, it gets kind of annoying quickly. Not terrible, just not as portable as I had hoped

Just a warning if you’re thinking about buying this, the design feels cheap in person. It’s not very user-friendly either, so using it was more frustrating than I expected.
